I don't like the tax, and suspect they could have held out until the permits were further developed, and dealt with BG on infrastructure issues. Of course they may be doing the later in other ways.
Regardless the sp should improve a little without the prospect of AOE overbidding. However imho there will be some sp angst now, as to what AOE might pay for an alterntaive target. Small fry sp's are likely to do better than AOE immediately imho. Still we are bound to get some of the PES rollover dosh.
