There is no immediate prospect of another issue. An issue was only just completed.
This is standard procedure for many if not most listed companies. They want the option, if needed, to have a capital raising in the future - in this case, way in the future. If a positive scenario for LVT unfolds, and its share price were to be materially higher, and if in that context it needed to raise money then no doubt that issue would be popular and well oversubscribed.
It is a growing company, indeed extremely rapidly growing, and if that continues it will need more capital and shareholders will no doubt be happy that is the case.
Management is confident that its ARR will continue to grow strongly for the remainder of the current financial year as well as beyond. Their track record thus far has been excellent.
