At the moment there are market headwinds that LVT is having to tack through. Tech-stock prices on the NASDAQ and elsewhere have been smacked - growth stocks are always fragile in the face of market uncertainty and tech is the pit one of growth-stock sectors.
IMHO, LVT's SP isn't a reflection of expectations of greater growth; it's that it's a stock in its growth phase.
