The NST bid for TBR / RND was inadequate and now I think the EKJV 49% is in play. Given EVN have done JV transactions before, and the fact that they have a mill less than a kilometre from the EKJV, I wouldn't be surprised if they pick up the +100kozpa on offer and put it through the Frogs Leg mill. I believe Anton is not processing his portion through NST's mill at the moment and has certainly used other mills previously.
Bottom line here, is I think the arrogance of NST's bid, ensures that RND/TBR will transact with anyone but NST.
