Yes. You are right. This is what the company is saying. But the fact is that the news in San Luis province are so different. If you read the newspaper in detail the authorities in the province kept a meeting with the people around the Geminis mine saying that all what the company is saying is false.
At the end you can believe what you like but the true is that there is a real social conflict beyond the legal situation of the leases. The most important for LRS now is to demonstrate that they have the social license to drill Maria del Huerto. It is not enough the permit that LRS is saying they have.
