I believe the MOU with LPD expired early this year, not exercised. I spoke with Tom Dukovich, exploration manager at LPD back then. He wasn't overly concerned about it.
LPD seems to have since changed their position on MOU's, for their tech licencing agreements. Haven't seen one since.
Not saying there isn't something going on, not saying there is. I'm simply stating that to the best of my knowledge, there is no current agreement in place between the two.
