Would not be impressed with how they have been treated? You need to research your facts more. Arena are the only ones who have made any money out of this company. They have mercilessly converted and dumped their shares on market and they are the ones who are responsible for the share price being capped for this extensive period, no one else. Then they have the gall to say that NXE are responsible for a termination fee when they are the ones who have reneged and effectively terminated NXE's convertible note agreement by not providing the funds and having them available when needed.
Make no mistake, NXE have a very credible claim against Arena and they can drag them along until forever if they wanted to and Arena will know this. Arena will not want a long drawn out court case but there is no way that the NXE BOD are going to let them get away with this behaviour.
