Yes mr_delta, if AIS can manage to pay off the US$20 million of senior debt within 6 months then this will be the turning point. Not only will this show AIS capacity to earn money but once this US$20 million is paid then the rest will be a walk in the park. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that AIS will replicate OMH's remarkable run.
I'd like to think that AIS management would prefer to pay off the US$5 arranger fee first, even if they can't manage the US$20 million in the allotted time frame. I'd rather AIS be paying a 3% extra interest rather than the 48,995,590 extra shares in lieu of payment.
It makes economic and business sense to do this. The value is like buying back your own shares now at a cheap price, management will definitely be rewarded by shareholder support if they do this. The top20 have supported AIS management in their current endeavors and will be most pleased if AIS management continue on their present course of action.
The market will wake up, but its taking time.
If looking to top up with AIS further, then now is the time. Slowly slowly does it, just like I did with OMH at 10c.
