    Yeah I think he was telling the truth.

    That said I think they were too focused on locking in a partner before they'd even found enough quantum and imo had their priorities wrong at the time. They admitted to those mistakes.

    The focus now is definitely to define more quantum and I'll give them some time to execute that.
