To be fair, its easy to overlook as the activation was tucked away in a cleansing statement, rather than announced with fanfare (I suppose given the purpose of it, why would they?)
But the telling sentence was right at the top of the announcement:
"Ardiden has issued and allotted 4,000,000 ordinary shares to LSI as part of the equity placement facility as announced on 19 Feb 2018"
What IS interesting, @Mosb, are the words you chose to highlight in bold from the 19 Feb announcement. "IF AND WHEN". The 'when' came just a week later, as if the Bod didn't know that was coming, and they snuck it through in a cleansing statement. Right you are that those three words should be considered by holders, because they are almost deceptive.
As for BB stating (from memory and reading, I didn't bother to listen) that it's just a backup and won't be needed, it begs the question why the company blew 4,000,000 shares on a facility that currently serves no purpose? Surely it would have been more prudent to activate it closer to a point at which we would actually need it? Unless.......
I'm starting to think Pickle will be the next driver for SP growth, and they might even find something there. Others did
