Yes, thought the same.
Thought they had suddenly found the $1 billion AUD to get this up and running.
Money has been pretty cheap for past 10 years, shame they waited so long as they could have picked up a $1 billion at 1%.
They'll now try and do a 20 billion share issue at 5c to institutional investors, with a free oppie attached as a sweetner of course...
Just an opinion.
