NdPr undoubtedly is and will become an ever increasing ingredient in the future EV and robotics industry and ARU has the highest exposure to these elements on the ASX if not not the globe if you want leverage to NdPr.
Management are taking a very prudent approach here to methodically derisk this project for project execution which with any RE project is key. The other competitors in this space are running high risk operations trying to fast track such a difficult industry, too fast for me that I think trouble will come for most down the track. This is why for me, ARU is the pick of the bunch to successfully get to production.
I suspect some progress on commercial outcomes (offtake) is not far away, and just like management are ticking the boxes technically, commercially they will too.
Trade wars only help the prices of REs too so I’m seeing some good upside here at ARU.
