Yes I too won't be participating.
My break even is at 0.184 cents.
If you read about rare earths (especially in the USA), they have nothing but praise for the product.
Their government is calling the RE situation a national disgrace.
Calling on the president to build RE mines as the USA entire defense systems depends on China for their Rare Earths.
Doesn't sound that bright to me.
The question is would the USA prefer to have ARU's RE's than taking China's RE's?
