ARU's MD on Proactive Investors.I like his point about industry participants needing to validate the project (via offtake) to secure project funding for non mainstream commodities like NdPr. I've gotta say I'm impressed that ARU got an offtake MoU with what would appear to be a big hitting magnet producer in JingCi, and not some second stringer.
