My guess is its an oversight- the deal is probably baking and concluding soon but in need to add new content/development. They are very focussed on putting in place all the building blocks in their app to make it the best in the marketplace. So I think some management want to spend time focussing on the share price (and spruiking), others like BTH are focussed on developing the business so revenues can grow and share price eventually taken care by itself.
