I'd be interested to know what others things.
The figures are so far from today's reality i suspect there must be some mistake or perhaps the switch from 'mail order' to internet and the increasing amount of competition in this space has results in less sales? It's a very competitive space no doubt - which is why SHP is focussed on acquiring those like businesses and effectively merging them.
I think a better question is, has the slide in sales for eStore halted?
