Aquabotix an underwater robotics company with operations in Australia and the U.S., today announces its agreement to co-locate with the United States Army through its Joint Munitions Command’s (“JMC”) Armament Retooling and Manufacturing Support (“ARMS”) Program

So the people in the video testing swarm diver were indeed from US Army, the announcement would've been even better had they attached some $$ value to it. Regardless its very positive IMO.
