So what you are saying is, is that AQD mngmnt couldn't get the full three million that was heavily backed with Directors putting up $500k so they thought " gee whiz I hope the share holders will stump up the rest"

How about the fact that mngmt care about shareholders for a change. they are giving us the chance to participate. I think it is a credit toward them and any holder with the spare cash will participate and if they don't fill the order hartleys will get that void filled pronto.

Just my take on the spp but yes you are right quite often that is the case but not here.
