Anyone can tell you the uranium market n stocks are all down for last few years ,if any other uranium stock are doing well than I agreed PEN is a disappointment so NO need to beat your chest how good you are ,in fact its a good time to BUY when the market is unloved and SELL when your next door neighbour ask you to BUY or the taxi driver. Those who have the guts and foresight will make a killing when the U gets BULLISH.
