"The switch has already been made in Namibia." What are you talking about? There are three recent operating uranium mines in Namibia. Rossing is acid, Husab is acid, Langer Heinrich is alkaline. None of them use ISR technology, they are all conventional. None of the potential future players (Deep Yellow, Bannerman, Areva, etc.) are considering ISR. Your comment makes no sense.
With regards to geology. I always found it odd that PEN suddenly realised/admitted they had got the geology "wrong" when it was demonstrated that the Ross geology was not amenable to alkaline processing. Miraculously, the new geology was found to be amenable to low pH processing exactly as per Kazakh operations.
With regards to "tried and well tested in the lab". Yes, I'm not having this debate again.
