In response; I would say look at Kazakhstan, similar geology to Wyoming in areas. The switch has already been made in Namibia, in fact low ph, in situ leach mining (ISL) with higher acidity been tried and well tested in the lab as well as on field recovery. I feel the hurdle still in the regulatory permits moving forward.
