Peterbax would be one of the few to "about break even" on the take over.
Most of us CUY holders will be large losers when CUY is taken over.
While on the face of it the terms may seem good they really are terrible for most of us.
The CUY price had fallen to about 7.5c because the stock was so illiquid and a few sales created a very low price.
If the last price was so important in a take over perhaps a formula using volume and price would give a more reasonable staring point.
Being a CUY holder I want the take over to go ahead even though CUY has been a big disappointment to me.
