I have also put forward in previous posts that the best outcome is that the The Agency group takesover
IBN or that there is a merger of the two. The Agency provides the bricks and mortar operation whilst
IBN provides the Off the Plan platforms. Imagine the benefits of having offices all over the nation being
able to sell every single day the 5000-6000 property listings that IBN has. To me its just makes total
sense. As an IBN shareholder I would be happy to see such a merger because it would create a properly
integrated real estate company. The only question mark for me is the Top Level deal that The Agency
Group needs to do in my opinion.
