The bottom line is there are a huge number of properties coming onto the market. Somebody has to buy them, and somebody has to sell them - be it Chinese Investors, or Indian investors, or Australian Investors, or First Home Buyers (who have new incentives from 1st July), or Retirees (who are downsizing).
We need to position ourselves so that we get our share, and we need to diversify our revenue streams.
This is not a play into a hot sector - this is a play into quality of management.
