My name is .........., and I am a shareholder of Alcyone (ASX:AYN), of which I believe you have been appointed Receiver and Manager, as per ASX announcement, 17 November 2014.
Before you make any major decisions on AYN, I urge you to please notify the many anxious AYN shareholders about exact current debt level, so that shareholders be given time to discuss a plan to raise funds to pay off the debts, then put mine into basic Care and Maintenance with as little as one site manager to keep running costs to a bare minimum. Care and Maintenance would last until such times as silver price rises to profitable levels which we believe will happen within 12 months.
Also please supply a list of shareholders email addresses, which AYN directors used to email out “Company Update”, as that would assist in fund raising to pay off the debt.

If they say the list will cost, I will request an invoice so we don’t all double up paying.
In the meantime, if Receiver/Manager doesn’t supply a list, I’ve googled top 20 shareholders from annual report, to create a contact list (as best as I can). I’ll post it later today.
