3 directors are in top 20. Michael Reed has not responded to 2 previous emails. You'd think they'd want to save their shares, even if they don't/can't save their jobs (a likely contributor to debt).
Anyway I'll try to google top 20, it maybe a weekend project to try to track them down, although I recall Nominees are nigh impossible.
An easier way would be... the company would have contact details of shareholders, in order to contact shareholders by email with Company Updates. The Administrator would surely approve of such a list being obtained, if it improved chances of raising $ to pay off debt.
