I would expect Quintana to have a big say. I think they have been the catalyst for the recent moves. They will want to protect their streaming arrangement above all else. In theory, if the Company comes out of admin. it will be returned to the control of the current directors. however the Quintana appointed directors have resigned, and this indicates that they have further moves planned. They are pretty much in control. However any reorganisation and new/old directors are subject to shareholder vote. Time will tell.
