That is a good point. It is a very good appointment and another demonstration of TMT that they are serious about this project and taking it to production. Up until now though management have handled this project as good as anyone in the business could have, so there wasn't roo much reason to think they couldn't go on with it, but this really firms up for any doubters that they are very serious.
