It's always good to read what the newly appointed has to say (sometimes they don't have a statement at all), but in this case Dr Lingard's address highlights his belief in ImExHS's technology - disruptive at that - and the conditions of his appointment, like that of our Chair, goes to show how confident the coy are moving forward.
I'm very much looking forward to seeing how they progress in Q1 & 2 next year now.
