That algo was running roughly 12:28 minutes apart. Small amounts either to offload a larger position covertly or stop hunting/hoping to scare investors into selling.
There's little that can be done about it other than a series of good announcements building momentum.
In all likelihood its an insto though they're not gods and quite often get it wrong like EC did with PPG & CLV.
Today saw some decent volume go through, but with what's in store it'll climb back rather quickly I think.
