The Board situation is different now to that which existed before the successful spill, in that there are now 4 Directors; previously 3. By dent of accident or design, MF's nominee's influence is now diminished - 1/4 cf 1/3. Let's hope though that there are fair and reasonable exchanges and decent decisions made for the benefit and welfare of everyone. We are all in this together.
