Just noticed the lodgement of a request for EGM to have the company retain funds and so they are not not used for dividends.
Interesting that Sandon ahs done this.
They bought in big to the company in December. Acitivist shareholders in undervalued companies .
Sounds like they are interested in what has been happening. So whilst the share price is trailing the improved outlook / position of the company since our new chairman arrived, that could change very quickly and perhaps herald a takeover bid.
Who knows?
But there appears to be an increasingly good vibe about this.
