"15.3 Current Company Secretary
Mr Thomas Rowe was appointed Company Secretary in February 2013. Mr Prakash Patel retains his role as Company Secretary to support Mr Rowe as required. Mr Patel was appointed Company Secretary in September 2006."
Can someone explain why our CEO is also still the Secretary? Isn't he busy enough as it is? Or does he still need to oversee this so as to continue to ensure that no negative information is released?
LVLR, the milk doesn't get a chance to get mopped up before there's more. And it smells pretty bad from where I am sitting.
