1. The directors pay themselves large bonuses?

2. The directors give a whole bunch of shares to some bloke overseas, without receiving payment for those shares? 'Oops! How did that happen? Silly us!'

3. The chairman et al get rid of a whole bunch of independent directors, who have been on the board for less than a year?

4. The auditors raise a series of very serious questions about the way the company has been managed?

5. The management sacks the auditors for having had the temerity to do their job?

6. The share price tanks again?
