Given the radical changes Pretty made, not the least effectively selling off the Hill's brand, and that he was shown the door with immediate effect it is fair to assume the business (or what remains) is in a shambles.

What I would like to know is where is the Board accountability as obviously they endorsed all of his plans and actions. The Board seemingly sat back and did nothing while 50% of shareholder value was lost in just over 2 1/2 years.

Someone at Board level must also go.
