In situation where there is broken management, and lack of effective leadership, there are a number of top flight management doctors and consultants available to sharpen up the business focus from board level down.
Sure that costs top money but with multiple $M's equity still in danger I would be wanting those options as a top priority? Going by what's being said here the whole show is rudder-less.
