    I agree. The problem is more much more deep rooted and it looks as though they need a quantum shift in focus and direction. You would hardly think that the new COO would be much different than his newly departed CEO??? Unless they were constantly bickering and at loggerheads regarding the direction of Hills it looks like half a dozen not six!!!
