Cadence Minerals bolstering their presence in CLY management, adding to the cross linkage via Kiran Morzaria. My post from  other CLY forum:

"Interesting to see an EMH Director involved here.  Kiran Morzaria is EMH Director and also Director and CEO of Cadence Minerals who are buying in for the 10% share.  Note that David Reeves and Pavel Reichl are EMH directors who were were involved with the WMN/EUC acquisition."

David Lenigas brings excellent experience of European rare earth minerals to the table, and is a big plus for the project.
