    re: Ann: Appointment of New Chairman and Depu... I am glad Gary Lyons resigned from FAS before accepting this appointment. Otherwise I would be more worried about FAS getting GWR's cash stockpile.

    I wonder if the previously aborted merger with FAS will be back on at some stage now?
