Agreed....by all accounts this is a strategic alignment which will position the company to move into its next phase. Markets overreact when things like this seem to come out of the blue (unless the surprise is a profit upgrade!!!). I am sure the real reasons wont be revealed and there may have been a bit of tension within the board that is removed now. That said, creative tension has its place but it appears for the outgoing CEO, he didn't have the numbers.
This company needs to move on and upward...the potential is sky high IMO.
