No follow through to the bullish signal on august 18th. IBY is still drifting but punctuated by some fairly large volume dumps as a few largish holders lose patience. This has kept some pressure on the price for the time being. The sideways pattern of consolidation over time will build pressure as the sellers are progressively mopped up. At some point there will be a break with or without a catalyst.
