I have no idea why he would want to dump the stock and of course have no idea if it really was him or not. Directors do not have to disclose before the sell stock, they disclose after. As i mentioned in the first post Pat Linden was never a director nor does he hold 5% so there is no requirement whatsoever to disclose any changes to his holdings. Just because a stock moves up or down it doesn't mean its manipulated. REA and CRZ both released earnings last week so i wouldn't be surprised by the volatility. The gap down in ICQ on 12th AUG was caused by an algorithm spamming sell orders into the order book prior to open. I would imagine this was a error on some institution's behalf (if they had any brains they would wait 20mins into trade before switching the sell program on)
