Could be, why would former CEO dump his holding so quick. There is no need and if he knows anything that I don't know then it is a jailable offence, their must be full discloser before a director can buy or sell 1 share. I have seen huge manipulation on this type of I.T stock in just the last week or two, therefore it was a possibility. REA, CRZ, ICQ drops of ten percent then a rapid rise of ten percent give or take.
Maybe your saying he dumped out of spite? Where is the notice of director selling?
