Share holders have no protection...caveat emptor... yes I agree. But, and this is a big BUT... when predators are allowed to roam freely and suck in the vulnerable who are trying through a (supposedly) legitimate platform (ASX) to make a buck and the watchdog (ASIC) sit on their collectives, fining small business owners for not renewing their registrations on time....we have a problem.
Our corporate laws are sadly lacking when we look at what has happened today. Keep in mind this bloody clan are walking away with millions.
