To be fair it hasn't always been their intention.
They wanted to increase sales in the Pericoach and eventually be self funding. They soon realised they needed to spend far too much on marketing to achieve any decent amount of sales.
So they pivoted about 18 months ago and started framing they were an R&D company and the new strategy was to sell the company with its various products and had to put milestones in place to be commercially ready and achieve best value.
It has taken slightly longer than i anticipated (and wanted) but final stretch here now so we really just have to leave it up to the investment advisers and hope they can get a good result.

Any potential advisers could be buying a fair whack of the company on market at these junk prices anyway, so i think the ceiling is capped somewhat
