As shareholders I would expect the board to issue at a higher price over time due to the "time value of money" and then to get management to work their assess off for the reward.

I am just a tad pee'ed off that the incentives milestones are set too low as seen too often in this end of the market.

George and Stephen dont come cheap as they are holding executive positions.
