M&A


Andrew Carolus is a managing director in Mesirow Financials Investment Banking group. He is responsible for developing key relationships, leading deal teams throughout the transaction process and providing advisory services on middle-market M&A assignments within the aerospace and defense, and diversified industrial sectors.
With more than 22 years of investment banking experience, Andrew is a well-known and highly regarded professional in the industry. He joined Mesirow Financial Investment Banking in 2010 to help develop the groups coverage of the aerospace and defense sector. Previously, Andrew was with the Chicago offices of Credit Suisse and BMO Capital Markets with a focus on the aerospace, defense and diversified industrials sectors. He began his career in the mergers and acquisitions group of UBS Investment Bank in New York.
