Yes, shortterm kneejerk reaction imo. Experienced man moving in to bring 30 years experience with him (both good and bad) I'm sure he has the necessary contacts to bring on the drilling in a timely manner and then it really depends on results to progress. Everything is still on track and his remuneration is definitely not over the top. Hope he gets a good incentive package to perform well and push this along.
