Logical appointment for company in the process of transition. Outsider into something in the middle of a strategy could lead to conflict. The ball is in play now. If the strategy has legs we will find out soon. Good rains up north and expectation of herd price remaining high during 2018. Property prices also remaining high so no excuses.
