Leave off the ad hominem, it's a weak form of argument.
Stratex was not an eight bagger while Engelbrecht was in charge. He sold off the only two near term assets cheaply. The second of which was *after* the largest shareholders decided they had had enough of his antics, and many of us felt it was purely spiteful.
He failed to make a case, and as a result the majority voted him off the board. That really happened a few weeks ago. He wanted Stratex to pay over the odds for Crusader's assets and was unable to justify it. In addition, the dilution would have been followed by an even worse dilution in order to raise the funds required to get Crusader's asset off the ground.
And he wants to raise money on AIM again! Good luck with that. Why can't he raise funds on the ASX? Could it be folks over here understand the situation better and won't pay any more.
